Terms of Use

Kilotaki is a digital tracking tool that allows users to track their weight, body measurements, nutritional habits, and fitness goals. The app provides calorie and macro calculations, chart visualizations, and recipe management features.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information.

• It is your responsibility to keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
• You are personally responsible for all transactions originating from your account.
• If you notice unauthorized access to your account, you are required to notify us immediately.
• A single user can open only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Users under 13 cannot open an account.

When using Kilotaki, you are obligated to comply with the following rules:

• Providing accurate and honest information (weight, measurements, nutrition records).
• Not using the app for illegal purposes (fraud, malware distribution, cyber attacks, etc.).
• Not violating the rights of others (copyrights, personality rights, privacy).
• Sharing respectful and constructive content in community sharing.
• Not reverse-engineering the app or attempting to bypass security measures.

All content you upload or create on the app (your own recipes, measurement data, photos, notes) IS YOUR PROPERTY. Kilotaki does not claim ownership over such content.

When you choose to share your recipes with the community, you grant Kilotaki a limited license to display this content to other users through the app. This license ends when you revoke sharing.

Community sharing is subject to admin approval. Kilotaki reserves the right to remove or reject content it deems inappropriate (commercial advertising, misleading health claims, copyright infringement, etc.).

The Kilotaki app interface, logo, code, brand name, and all original content are the intellectual property of Kilotaki. No element of the app may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Kilotaki reserves the right to change the service's features, availability, or operating hours with or without prior notice. Users will be informed of such changes.

Accounts that violate the terms, harass other users, or endanger system security may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

You can delete your account at any time. After an account deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted within the period specified in the privacy policy.

Kilotaki is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No guarantee is given that the app will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or in a way that meets all your needs. Kilotaki cannot be held responsible for damages arising from calculation errors, data loss (in cases where you do not have a backup), or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilotaki's liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, etc.) is not accepted. This also includes damages arising from the user's use of the app for health or medical purposes.

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. You will be notified via your registered email address when significant changes are made. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, Turkish courts have jurisdiction. For EU users under GDPR, the consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
